The flight from Toronto to New York is probably my favourite flight ever and one that I’m making more and more frequently. There’s a 5am flight that runs and it lands me in New York usually right as the sun is starting to rise. Its almost always empty and this means I usually get to stretch out. 

I’m very ritualistic when it comes to flying that early. If I’m going to be a zombie, I like to be efficient. I have a specific carry-on bag and a playlist I listen to. The flight is just over an hour and a half, and this list is the exact length of the flight. Its loud as I take off, falls when I wanna go to sleep, and picks up when I need to wake up and get my shit together. I leave my headphones on throughout and doze off. Its very peaceful and puts me in the exact mood I wanna be in. Maybe you’ll like it.
